At Harmony Village, we offer a variety of services designed to keep your loved one safe, healthy, and active. Our team is specially trained to work with people who are living with memory impairments and fully understands the progression of each condition. Our team works with patients and their families to create personalized care plans that maximize independence and work toward quality-of-life enhancement. We also understand that our residents are not the only ones affected by memory disorders. We are proud to offer additional support to the family members and caregivers of those living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We have a number of resources and support groups available to help families understand and encourage their loved ones.
