• As a Life Plan Community, we offer not only independent living, but a full continuum of care with priority access to assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing at significantly lower-than-market rates. Our 5-Star-rated health center offers high-quality care and staff-to-resident ratios above industry norms. Because we offer a Type B contract, your entrance fee is lower, you only pay for the services you use, and you get a $60,000 credit toward future care.
