Kavod Senior Life

Kavod Senior Life (formerly Allied Jewish Apartments) was founded in 1968 by a group of philanthropic-minded individuals in the Jewish community to create a high-quality affordable housing community for older adults from all backgrounds and income levels.

Kavod provides Senior Living and Assisted Living apartment homes for adults 62 years of age and older (and people with qualifying mobility impairment disabilities). Our residences and main office are in the beautiful Cherry Creek neighborhood, convenient to the Cherry Creek Mall, restaurants, movie theater, shops, tennis courts and walking paths.

All our apartments are private and come with free wifi. Pets are welcome up to 25 pounds! We also have an active Resident Council and many opportunities to get involved and meet new friends.

Overall, our residents and our community are of paramount importance. We offer amazing amenities to help each individual remain vibrant, independent and healthy, such as:

• A nutritious dining program served restaurant-style with dietary options and accommodations
• Four care coordinators (social workers) who offer ongoing support and resources
• Our on-site Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Health & Wellness Center with a variety of services and programs
• A calendar of over 50 activities, trips and events each month
• Two vans that coordinate trips to grocery stores, pharmacies and social/educational outings
• On-site chaplaincy services and multi-faith religious offerings
• Outdoor gardening opportunities
• Intergenerational programming with children, teens and young adults
