Mountain Flower Retirement Home LLC is nestled in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. We were previously Dakota Hills Assisted living and have 30 years in the healthcare industry previous to purchasing. We are a 10 bed licensed residential care facility located in Sturgis, SD. This location is close to downtown, grocery store, high-rise, and has the Fort Meade VA nearby. We provide 24-hour care for your loved ones. We offer semi-private and private rooms on our main floor. We have a large common dining room where our residents eat their meals, socialize with family and friends and enjoy other activities also.
Mountain Flower is an established business and has helped many veterans find a home that allows them independence while at the same time the care they need in an assisted living environment.
