When we built our nonprofit retirement community over 30 years ago, we set out to give people a lifestyle where they could feel secure in the future while keeping their zest for life. We started with an idyllic setting – 56 acres close to area beaches and downtown of Wilmington, NC, yet removed from the bustle of traffic. Our community is a place where residents can be as active as they like, or choose to enjoy the serenity of tree-lined lanes, walking trails and tranquil water features.
