Smith Tower’s owner’s Mid-Columbia Manor, Inc. is a non-profit corporation comprised of local Labor Unions. Smith Tower’s success is attributed to the dedication of these local Labor Unions, city and government assistance, and community support. More than fifty years since opening Smith Tower proudly continues to provide quality affordable housing to seniors living in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Washington.
