St. Paul’s Senior Services has provided care to San Diego seniors since we were founded as a non-profit in 1960. Since then, we have expanded our programs and offerings to include three senior living communities, a skilled nursing center, a senior day program, a child care center, and four St. Paul’s PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) medical centers throughout San Diego. St. Paul’s continues to expand and evolve our services as the needs of our local seniors change.

Secured, specialized environment for residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive change.
Short-term stays, typically 1–4 weeks, for recovery or caregiver relief.
