A caring and compassionate team is at the heart of our assisted living community at Sunrise at Bon Air in Richmond, VA. Our Designated Care Managers provide a warm, homelike environment that embraces each resident as true members of our family. Because they’re so committed to our senior living community, many of our experienced team members have been with Sunrise at Bon Air for quite a number of years. Their tenure offers stability for our residents as well as unmatched knowledge in senior care. Our passion and commitment to our work is what makes living here a special joy for our residents.

Residents enjoy daily activities that enrich the mind, body and spirit. When the weather is nice, residents stoll along the walking paths, and cornhole is one of the most popular activities each week. Dinner is always a popular time to gather and talk around a delicious restaurant-style meal. We offer three nutritious meals each day, all prepared by our in-house chef. A turkey dinner with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy is a resident favorite.

Besides keeping active on the community campus, staff and residents have a close relationship with the Chesterfield Police and Fire Department. The Chesterfield Police Department attends family nights and resident socials to visit with the residents, provide safety information, and lessons for our residents.
