Our newest Northern Virginia Sunrise community is located in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria, just steps from the Potomac River and within eyesight of Washington, DC. Our building is located on the corner of Washington Street and Princess Street, a perfect location that is walking distance to all the restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, and theaters this historic city has to offer.

At Sunrise of Old Town, our exceptional caregivers provide highly personalized assisted living and memory care services. Our team regularly evaluates the needs and preferences of each resident, discussing details with the family and physicians. Each resident receives an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that is kept up to date so each resident always receives the care they need.

On our property, residents enjoy the beautiful gardens, outdoor porches, and walking paths; all designed to offer opportunities to enjoy fresh air and nature throughout the day. Our residents enjoy the close proximity to Waterfront Park and Founders Park as well as shopping and dining destinations.
