The Abigail by Sweetwater Manor

Having elderly parents of her own, our founder, Estelle Lopez, wanted to make sure they were receiving the love and care she knew they deserved. When nothing measured up to her high standards, she teamed up with her son, Manuel Rodriguez, and Sweetwater Manor was conceived. They opened Sweetwater Manor’s first home in 1994 and named it after Estelle’s first grandchild, Alexa.

The success of the first home was overwhelming and in 1996, Estelle & Manuel opened Sweetwater Manor’s second home. They named it after Estelle’s second grandchild, Austin.
