The Edelweiss Afh

Edelweiss Adult Family Home is a residential care home located in the beautiful and vibrant city of Vancouver, in Clark County, Washington state. Our wonderful home has a diverse culture, and we invite our seniors to become a part of our wonderful community. Our residents can take part in several of our lively activities which are held throughout the year, including shows at The Amphitheater at Clark County, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Cinetopia, Kiggins Theatre, and Pop Culture. We also invite our residents and their loved ones to visit some of our famous local sites, such as Pearson Air Museum, Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, Esther Short Park, and many more.
