The Marsh is located within the Restore community of Carolina Park. Restore offers single-family homes for active adults 55 years of age and up, as well as multiple offerings of senior apartments, including flats, studios, and multiple bedroom floor plans with varying layouts and views.
Residents of The Marsh Independent Cottages will be able to take part and enjoy several of the amenities Restore has to offer. There is a fitness and wellness center, continuing education area that includes a demonstration kitchen with studio lighting and sound, and a pool and cabana with resort-style pickleball and bocce ball courts.
The Marsh is an all-inclusive community providing assisted living and memory care services. A limited number of two-bedroom, two-bath independent living cottages are available for rent.
