The Terraces at Park Marino

The Terraces at Park Marino is located in the Eaton Canyon area of Pasadena, with a beautiful courtyard and magnificent views of the San Gabriel Mountains. The Terraces consists of 80 independent and assisted-living apartments featuring spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a secured memory care wing, known as Safe Haven, which has a maximum capacity of 15 residents. The Terraces has a homey and intimate atmosphere and captures the ambiance of Pasadena, which is reflected in the community's elegantly decorated interior and in the flowering all-year gardens that surround the property.

Our personalized approach allows residents to successfully balance an independent lifestyle with the need for assistance and security.
